TESTIMONY
I have been asked to offer a testimony concerning
a lady named Agnes. I am happy to do so for two
reasons. 1) To witness to God’s love and willingness
to meet our needs, 2) To encourage others to
share their testimonies, not necessarily concerning
healing, but in any life event where God has
intervened.
This testimony concerns Agnes, an 80+ year old
lady who was a couple of weeks ago was taken into
hospital having had a stroke.
I was informed of this happening during a
telephone call on a Thursday morning, and we
held her in prayer. As a Christian lady she also had
others praying for her as well. On the following
Monday I was told that after a phone call to Agnes’
daughter, Agnes was back home having fully
recovered and was doing housework. While I was
never informed how severe the stroke was, I know
that the doctors and medical staff were unable to
explain the sudden recovery.

Baptism
Baptism service on Sunday 12th July,
2 pm at Sittingbourne Baptist Church
for Anka Mclain.
This is a special service in which everyone
is invited to attend to support Anka in her
baptism. Anka and Steve have been with us
for a while now and it is a special privilege that
Anka wants to make this public declaration of
her faith. It is also an opportunity for anyone
else who also feels God calling them to be
baptised as an adult as a confirmation of
faith. Please get in touch with Rev Robert if
you would like to explore this further and get
ready for the event.
